Job Description

Under the supervision of the team leader, your main mandate will be to manage technological innovation projects. After deployment, you will ensure their adoption by internal clients (construction teams or functions) across the country by communicating effectively and guaranteeing their performance.
What you will do

• Manage projects from design to deployment across the company: define project scope and objectives, keep schedules up to date, monitor progress, and handle all related project management tasks.
• Promote and drive adoption of deployed projects nationwide.
• Develop deployment strategies tailored to the target audiences of each project and work closely with other stakeholders such as communications, change management, and training teams (and others as needed).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams composed of experienced project managers and subject matter experts.
• Present project results to strategic leadership teams.
• Define and monitor performance indicators for each project.
• Field reality: validate and ensure alignment of ongoing projects with end-user needs and make necessary adjustments.
• Master the various project management tools required to advance your projects (JIRA, Office Suite).


This role could be for you if you have

• At least 3 years of project management experience (technology and/or construction).
• A degree in business or engineering.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong stress management skills.
• Motivated, problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong proficiency with Office Suite software.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communicator, versatile, curious, persistent, rigorous, and eager to actively participate in various business transformation projects.

Assets

• Good knowledge of current technological advancements such as robotics, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, etc., or a strong interest in these areas.
• PMP or ACP certification.
• Experience with analytics tools (Power BI).
• Knowledge of design and construction processes.

• Experience on construction sites and/or with construction project teams.
