We are looking for someone passionate about coordinating strategic projects to take on the role of Program Manager (senior individual contributor). This position involves supporting the success of digital transformation initiatives by acting as the central point for communication, issue management, and consolidation of key information. The role requires strong organizational skills, a strategic vision, and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
What you will do

• Progress Tracking: Prepare and present concise reports for governance and workstream meetings (including key milestones and risks).
• Presentation Development: Support workstream leads in creating and updating presentations (deployment communications, strategic documents, etc.).
• Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate problems requiring leadership support.
• Financial Coordination: Collaborate with the finance team to track plans, deployment impact, and consolidate financial reports.
• Cross-Workstream Collaboration: Work with project managers and workstream leads to manage interdependencies between initiatives.
• Data Quality: Maintain data reliability in tracking tools and advise on prioritization of milestones and initiatives.
• Change Management & Communication: Support cascading communications and behavioral changes across the organization.
• Post-Deployment Support: Prepare the post-deployment plan and assist leads in maximizing value and adoption.

• Comfort interacting with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Stress tolerance and ability to solve complex problems
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Relevant experience in project management within digital transformation contexts (typically 5–8 years)
• Proven experience coordinating complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in change management and organizational communication (an asset)
• University degree in project management, business administration, information technology, or a related field
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) or agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) (an asset)

• Proficiency with project tracking tools and collaborative platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, reporting tools)
