The junior paralegal provides essential support to the Corporate Services department by managing, updating, and ensuring compliance of corporate records across the company portfolio. The incumbent works closely with paralegals, lawyers, and internal teams to ensure the accuracy of records and the preparation of corporate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare annual filings (provincial and federal).
• Perform ongoing updates in government registries.
• Review and validate annual reports for companies registered in other provinces.
• Prepare annual corporate resolutions.
• Draft or assist in drafting corporate documents (incorporation, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, etc.).
• Review signing authorities.
• Maintain minute books via the corporate platform.
• Prepare and update corporate organizational charts.
• Ensure structured filing of corporate documents.
• Complete various forms.
• Manage updates for RBQ, AMP, and other licenses.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in the monitoring of the employee share ownership program.



Required Qualifications:


• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate or legal administrative support.
• Knowledge of government registries.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.

• Autonomy, professional judgment, and a high level of accuracy.
