The Contract Administration Technician provides essential administrative support for managing subcontract agreements, particularly time‑and‑material (T&M) contracts. They ensure data accuracy, document compliance, and rigorous follow‑up of all information required for the smooth execution of projects.
What you will do

• Verify work orders related to time and material (T&M) subcontractor contracts.
• Verify quantities, the association with schedule items, and all data required for invoicing T&M subcontractor contracts.
• Verify supporting documents (T&M tickets, delivery slips, reports) for subcontractors.
• Verify subcontractor payment requests for T&M contracts.
• Assist in preparing progress reports for T&M contracts.
• Contribute to the verification and management of subcontractor change requests.
• Update and distribute dashboards used to track deliverables, including closeout documents and contract changes.

This role could be for you if you have

• A diploma in accounting technology, engineering technology, or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong rigor, precision, and excellent attention to detail.
• Ease working with financial data.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good proficiency with office software, especially Excel.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
