As an Administrative Assistant working within Pomerleau Shared Services, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the Mobility and Electrical Departments primarily, while also providing ad hoc support to the Surveying Department. Working on large-scale construction projects - ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion - you'll ensure efficient management of administrative tasks, coordination of follow-ups and updating of internal systems.
What you will do :







This role could be for you if you have :

• College diploma (DEC) in administration, office automation or related field.
• 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar field;
• Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office, ERP).
• Organizational skills, thoroughness and autonomy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
