As Site Admin working in the Civil & Infrastructure team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a key role in construction site administration and managing a variety of documentation activities. Supporting our work on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will be responsible in maintaining organized and efficient site administration, contributing to project success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personnel logistics, scheduling, and various administrative tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our construction site
What you will do:
Manage personnel logistics including travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation logistics.
Schedule management for site operations and personnel.
Coordinate floatel reservations and water taxi bookings.
Interface with subcontractors to coordinate employee schedules and ensure seamless workflow.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including pre-access Alcohol & Drug (A&D) testing.
Attend room searches as a witness when required.
Accurate and timely payroll data entry.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

This role could be for you if you have:
Proven experience in administrative roles within the construction industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of site operations and safety protocols preferred.
