Within Pomerleau’s Major Projects department, the SAP ABAP-FIORI Developer will have the opportunity to join our team dedicated to integrated management systems. The selected candidate will work closely with both functional and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative SAP solutions on the S/4HANA platform.

The SAP ABAP-FIORI Developer is responsible for the technical execution of projects, from design to implementation of SAP solutions, particularly in ABAP and FIORI/UI5 environments. They play a key role in the digital transformation of business processes by translating functional requirements into robust and high-performing technical solutions.

What you will do :

• Participate in the analysis of technical and functional requirements in collaboration with functional analysts.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP and FIORI/UI5 applications.
• Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
• Create and maintain OData services for FIORI applications.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to SAP development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Provide technical support during testing, production deployment, and post-implementation phases.
• Document developed solutions according to current standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
• Monitor application performance and propose optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Experience with SAP FIORI/UI5 and OData service creation.
• Knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA platform.
• Experience with SAP development tools (Eclipse, Web IDE, BAS).
• Knowledge of SAP functional modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.) is an asset.
• Knowledge of BTP (Integration Suite, Workzone, etc.) is an asset.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
• Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Availability for occasional travel between Pomerleau offices and construction sites.
