Join our dynamic team as a Training Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in our Learning & Development Center of Excellence. Under the guidance of the Director – Training and Leadership Development, you'll be a key player in training needs analysis, designing innovative learning solutions, and facilitating our signature programs. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to transform training requests into engaging and memorable learning experiences that energize our employees and bring our company culture to life. What you will do

• Analyze training needs across various departments.
• Design & Deliver training programs using Instructional Design principles.
• Coordinate and support various development cohorts.
• Organize and implement internal and external training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and applicability to expected learning outcomes.
• Work closely with department managers to identify and plan training needs for their new employees and teams.
• Update and maintain learning matierials for programs.
• Submit training plans to managers and ensure follow-up.
• Be proactive in sourcing training providers and establishing partnerships.
• Use a proactive approach to recruit and develop a network of internal trainers, coaches, and mentors.
• Collaborate with the training design team and technical experts to maximize knowledge transfer.
• Demonstrate creativity in tracking training and skills development performance indicators.
• Stay up to date with innovations and best practices in your field

This role could be for you if you have

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Career Development or Human Resources or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in adult learning.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and project management abilities.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Analyze with strong analytical thinking skills.

• Be open to travel across Canada.
