Under the supervision of the Electromechanical Operations Senior Manager or Director, the Electromechanical Operations Manager (Disciplines: Physical Security and Telecommunications) works closely with the project team (director, manager, superintendent, BIM modeler, and quality specialist). They are responsible for overseeing all operations related to electromechanical specialties (design, management, coordination, and quality) in collaboration with various partners (clients, professionals, consultants, and specialized contractors).
What you will do

High-Impact Tasks:
• Act as the electromechanical reference and provide leadership to the entire project team.
• Optimize concepts proposed and established by professionals.
• Master the contractual obligations of the project.
• Verify constructibility (costs, schedule, etc.).
• Provide leadership in resolving issues and identifying major project risks related to electromechanics.

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Master electromechanical concepts.
• Participate in defining client needs.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with partners (clients, professionals, consultants, and specialized contractors).
• Contribute to defining the scope of work for various specialized partners.
• Participate in the development of schedules (design, modeling, construction, and commissioning) and ensure follow-up.
• Lead the resolution of interdisciplinary coordination issues (design and construction).
• Support the BIM modeling team in addressing electromechanical coordination challenges.
• Ensure that partners’ work complies with contractual requirements and the quality plan.
• Supervise and coordinate all commissioning activities for electromechanical systems.

This role could be for you if you have

• A bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialization in electromechanics and/or equivalent experience combined with relevant technical training.
• 5 years of relevant experience in electromechanics within the construction industry.

• Strong adaptability and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, proven leadership, and a high level of rigor.
