As a Contract Coordinator within the Buildings team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a key role in supporting contract management activities across large-scale construction projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion. Working closely with project managers and the legal and procurement teams, you will help ensure that contract processes are well-organized, compliant, and efficiently executed from tendering through to contract close-out.
What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate tender and contract documents.
• Support subcontractor prequalification and internal approval processes.
• Track and manage Project Agreement and subcontract timelines, documentation, and communications.
• Compile and review bid submissions for completeness and compliance.
• Verify subcontractor credentials and legal authorizations prior to contract award.
• Assist in drafting, issuing, and maintaining contract documentation.
• Negotiate and issue contracts in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor contract compliance and support issue resolution.
• Coordinate follow-up meetings to ensure adherence to contract clauses.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.

This role could be for you if you have

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Law.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,).
• Fluency in English
