What you will do

• Support the project team with baseline schedule creation and progress tracking.
• Apply scheduling standards and follow internal scheduling processes.
• Assist in preparing documentation, including narratives and resource visuals.
• Join schedule update meetings, helping gather input from partners and subs.
• Track progress and flag issues, supporting variance analysis and mitigation.
• Facilitate communication between scheduling stakeholders.
• Help submit scheduling documents and attend client meetings if needed.
• Support multiple projects from, construction sites, as capacity allows.


This role could be for you if you have

• Must be currently enrolled in a recognized Engineering or Construction Management degree or diploma program.
• A positive mindset and sense of excitement for being in the action on-site.
• A proven track record of team collaboration, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be versatile, curious, meticulous, and eager to actively participate on a construction site.
• Have a passion for the construction industry.

Start date: January 12, 2026 We offer flexible internship durations of 4, 8, or 12 months to support your learning journey.
