Join Pomerleau as a Project Coordinator Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting major construction projects across Canada.

What you will do

• Draft QRTs and DMCs jointly with the site supervisor
• Daily updates of tracking tables (QRT/DMC, PEX-PIE, RNC, Concrete Pouring, OP, etc.)
• Request, follow-up, and submission of documents for site deliverables (DAF, DAT, Samples, Reports, AST)
• Follow-up with designers regarding delayed responses
• Attend the meetings with the site supervisor and write meeting minutes
• Draft PEXs for weekend work
• Perform quantity take-offs on site for monthly progress billing reviews
• Actively participate in subcontractor coordination, methods, and quality
• Prepare documentation for administrative/mobilization and site kick-off meetings
• Possibility to present administrative/mobilization and site kick-off meetings
• Maintain an intern experience log

This role could be for you if you have
• Enrolled in an Engineering or Construction Management program.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn on-site.
• Passionate about construction and making an impact.

Start date: January 12, 2026
Intern Duration: Option of 4 or 8 months
