Join Pomerleau as a Project Coordinator Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting major construction projects across Canada.

What you will do

• Participate in the evaluation of markets of interest in our three target sectors
• Participate in the daily management of existing assets, fund reporting requirements, and ensure investment performance
• Participate in the evaluation of investment opportunities
• Prepare marketing materials for internal and external use
• Prepare investment thesis for internal approvals
• Help prepare responses to client bidding processes or public tenders
• Develop financial models to optimize the internal rate of return, evaluate various investment opportunities, and financing options
• Performing other ad hoc tasks to support the investment team


This role could be for you if you have

• Perfectly bilingual; English and French, both spoken and written
• Bachelor's degree in progress in business, commerce, finance, or any other related field, or engineering
• Financial and commercial knowledge
• Genuine interest in business agreements and contract negotiation
• Experience in financial modeling
