The HVAC Contract Administratorr will work closely with engineers, owner representatives, contractors, commercial supervisors, specialized technicians, supervisors and contractors from other disciplines, as well as project employees and/or client representatives (safety, labor relations, cost control, coordination, planning, and scheduling).
What you will do

• Maintains a daily site diary, attends meetings, and ensures proper record-keeping of all contract documents.
• Administers and executes contracts from formation to closeout, including service agreements and change orders.
• Supports procurement by negotiating pricing and terms with vendors to achieve mutual satisfaction.
• Reviews contracts, resolves disputes, and advises supervisors on contractual rights and obligations.
• Coordinates with contractors, project management, construction management, legal, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Manages contract and supplier data, prepares estimates, and maintains cost records for forecasting.
• Oversees payments, documentation for claims/liens, and ensures timely resolution of contractual issues.
• Supports vendor pre-qualification, maintains the approved vendor database, and mitigates claims or disputes collaboratively.

This role could be for you if you have

• University Degree in engineering and/or CEGEP DEC in engineering or construction technology and /or PMP certification in Planning and Scheduling.
• 10 to 15 years related work experience.
• Computer literacy-MS office software, MS Project, Primavera, Open Project, Visio.

• Construction Site Safety course & WHMIS (SIMDUT) certification.
