The Administrative and Financial Director plans and directs all the financial and administrative aspects of a partnership created for the execution of a major construction contract lasting several years.
What you will do :

• Preparation and presentation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow);
• Development and supervision of teams;
• Ensure that team members follow financial policies and procedures;
• Oversight of internal financial controls, accounting processes and accountability for tax compliance;
• Coordinate the financial planning and budgeting process, analyze it and correct forecasts;
• Coordinate cost control;
• Analysis of financial data related to the project;
• Design, implementation and continuous improvement of financial management processes;
• Participate in financial systems development initiatives;
• Administration and development of human resources and employee relations management;
• Assist the HR team in improving employee recruitment and development processes;
• Responsible for the implementation and follow-up of communication strategies for the client;

This role could be for you if you have :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management or administration;
• Have one’s accounting designation (CPA);
• Have 8 to 10 years of experience as a controller or executive director;
• Have an advanced level of English;
• Knowledge of SAP software will be considered an asset;
• Having experience in implementing an ERP system will be considered an asset;
• Be a positive leader and have the skills to mobilize and engage work teams;
• Possess advanced knowledge in accounting, taxation and business law.
