As an Estimator, you are responsible for preparing cost estimates for industrial projects. You work closely with pre-construction teams, project directors, and clients to ensure the accuracy of estimates and the success of projects.

What you will do

• Prepare budgetary and detailed cost estimates for industrial projects according to client requirements.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine requirements.
• Collaborate with pre-construction teams and project directors to obtain accurate information.
• Communicate with clients and partners to clarify needs and expectations.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide advice on costs and budgets.
• Monitor market trends and adjust estimates accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This role could be for you if you have

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of estimation software and project management tools.
• Experience with Windows Excel and 3D model consultation tool.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
