Working closely with the Senior Functional Analyst, the ERP Functional Analyst will act as a liaison between business and technical teams to optimize the use of the Corporate ERP CMiC. This system supports all core business functions—Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Budget, AP/AR, and more. The role focuses on improving the quality of deliverables through advanced support, thorough analysis, and rigorous testing.
What you will do

• Gather, document, and prioritize requirements from various business units.
• Translate business needs into efficient, functional solutions.
• Configure and customize the ERP to meet business requirements without compromising system stability.
• Optimize existing processes and recommend improvements.
• Handle complex incidents escalated from Level 1 support.
• Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues in collaboration with developers.
• Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Define functional and integration test scenarios.
• Execute tests prior to production releases and validate fixes.
• Participate in implementing automated testing to enhance deployment reliability.
• Develop user guides and training material.
• Support training teams and encourage adoption of ERP functionalities.
• Work closely with developers, integrators, and data experts.
• Ensure coherence and quality of technical and functional deliverables.
• Monitor CMiC updates and assess their impact on existing processes.
• Recommend system improvements and anticipate evolving business needs.


This role could be for you if you have

• Proven experience with CMiC or similar ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Ability to resolve complex incidents and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong functional analysis and process modeling capabilities.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies: functional, integration, automated testing.
• High attention to detail and disciplined testing approach.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible way to non‑technical users.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to track deliverables, manage priorities, and coordinate across teams.
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure project sector. ( an asset)
• In‑depth knowledge of CMiC. (an asset)
• Strong technical curiosity and interest in complex ERP environments. (an asset)

• Solid skills in software quality assurance and testing. (an asset)
