Play a key role within the new governance team by transforming IT supplier management from an administrative function into a strategic partnership. The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing the value of technology investments, managing the full lifecycle of software and hardware contracts, and maintaining a proactive relationship with our external partners to ensure that the technology offering is aligned with the company’s business objectives.
What you will do

Procurement Strategy and Negotiation
• Lead commercial negotiations (with our specialized partner) for major contracts (SaaS, licenses, services), aiming for cost optimization and added value.
• Analyze the supplier portfolio to identify consolidation opportunities (reducing tool redundancy).
• Challenge purchase and renewal requests based on actual usage data rather than supplier estimates.

Performance and Relationship Management (Vendor Management)
• Structure and facilitate quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to align roadmaps with our business objectives.
• Closely monitor service levels (SLAs) and ensure the application of performance credits or penalties in case of non-compliance.
• Act as the single point of contact for strategic suppliers to ensure communication consistency and prevent bypassing governance.

Financial Control and Lifecycle Management
• Proactively manage the renewal calendar (90–120‑day visibility) to avoid undesired automatic renewals.
• Conduct regular license usage audits (reclaiming unused access) to optimize operational spending.
• Collaborate with the financial analyst to provide accurate budget forecasts regarding contractual inflation (CPI) and volume increases.

Risk Management and Compliance
• Ensure the qualification of new suppliers in collaboration with the architecture team and legal before any signing.
• Maintain the central contract repository (Single Source of Truth) and ensure awareness of critical clauses (termination, data ownership and location).


This role could be for you if you have

• 5–7 years of experience in IT procurement, software asset management, or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation skills: you know how to find common ground while firmly defending the company’s interests.
• A data‑driven analytical approach: comfortable using • Excel to cross‑analyze usage data and costs.
• The ability to build trusting relationships with external partners while maintaining a high level of expectations.

• Rigor, autonomy, and a solid understanding of IT cost models.
