As a Business Partner on Pomerleau's Talent, Culture & Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role with executives and employees in helping to achieve strategic objectives from a human perspective, acting as a catalyst for talent programs, organizational values and culture. You'll use your extraordinary interpersonal skills and passion for ambassadorship to help us adapt and excel.
What you will do

• Collaborate closely with Pomerleau’s leadership team, senior executives, and other managers to implement talent, culture, and leadership (TCL) strategies and ensure their successful execution.
• Support managers in the growth, management, and development of their teams.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and implement transformation activities that have a lasting impact on managers and employees.
• Build a trusting relationship with leaders to understand the company’s strategy and translate it into meaningful TCL activities.
•Provide advisory support on complex labor relations and employee relations matters, and encourage communication between managers and employees.
• Analyze, propose, and present key performance indicators to inform leadership teams of progress and the support needed to succeed.
• Work closely with all TCL business partners to ensure a strong service offering and maximize the sharing of best practices.

This role could be for you if you have

• 8 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Business Partnership.
• Hold a graduate degree, a Human Resources degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate strong ability to lead initiatives and navigate in an ambiguous environment.
• Exhibit leadership and influence.

• Possess strong organizational and work‑planning skills, along with ease working in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
