Under the hierarchical supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager, he/she is responsible for promoting and sustaining the project’s quality approach across the various departments. He/She must ensure the interpretation, guidance, and implementation of quality assurance standards.
What you will do :

• Update and implement all SGQ documentation, including the PGP, MQ, and PGQ.
• Participate in obtaining, maintaining, and leading the quality assurance process in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
• Define project documentation needs, prepare quality documentation (Quality Plans, ITPs, contractual deliverables), and ensure timely submission.
• Lead quality onboarding and information sessions for teams, new employees, subcontractors, and suppliers, and distribute quality notes.
• Conduct quality audits, maintain the audit schedule, manage non‑conformities, and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.
• Review subcontractor documentation before client submission and ensure proper transmission of all quality documents to the client and external stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly quality reports, compile performance and non‑conformity statistics, and support the team during project handover and closeout.
• Stop work when required and coordinate/support personnel in producing all documentation required by the contract and the ISO standard.

This role could be for you if you have :

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction field and in quality management on construction projects.
• Proficiency in ACONEX, SharePoint, ProjectWise, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to identify priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to show initiative, exercise good judgment, and act proactively.
