The Project Quality Coordinator is responsible for implementing and monitoring the quality management system directly on the construction site. They act as a liaison between project management, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure that all work complies with standards, contractual specifications, and regulatory requirements
What you will do :

• Review contractual and regulatory requirements and coordinate with the construction team to ensure compliance throughout the project.
• Evaluate drawings and technical specifications, identify quality risks, potential non‑conformities and define preventive or mitigation measures.
• Develop and implement the Quality Management Plan (QMP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists in Procore, and the inspection schedule aligned with the 3‑Week Lookahead.
• Validate deliverables, permits, certifications, design changes, and ensure updated and compliant documentation is used on site.
• Verify partner qualifications, material/equipment compliance, supporting documentation, and participate in supplier audits.
• Oversee inspections, tests, ITRs, non‑conformities and coordinate corrective actions with the construction team.
• Support project close‑out: as‑built documentation, final reports, client inspections, lessons learned, and handover to operations and maintenance.
• Provide quality leadership: training teams, communicating requirements, supporting continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and mentoring the quality team.

This role could be for you if you have :

• Hold a technical or higher education background in construction, architecture, or civil engineering.
• Have 4 to 6 years of relevant construction experience, including quality management on construction projects.
• Demonstrate rigor, initiative, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.
• Show strong communication skills, creativity, influence, and commitment to transparency.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools used for quality tracking (site inspections, databases, standards).
• Able to use technical measurement and control tools, as well as SGQ tools (ITPs, checklists, NCR systems).
• Hold specialized qualifications related to the construction sector.
