As a Project Administrative Assistant working in the Building Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a key role in supporting the project teams with essential administrative tasks. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects - ranging from $1.5 to upwards of $1 billion, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including updating project documentation, managing meeting schedules, and coordinating various project resources.
What you will do

Project Administration
• Support the senior administrative assistant in the overall administration of the project (tracking plans, changes, shop drawings, QRT, etc.).
• Provide general administrative support for any other required tasks.
• Complete and verify time sheets related to payroll.
• Maintain the training registry for all workers.
• Manage the reservation of camp accommodations provided by Hydro‑Québec for worker lodging.

Support to the Health & Safety (HSE) and Quality Teams
• Provide administrative support to the Health and Safety Prevention Officer (reports, data entry, and updates in electronic platforms).
• Provide administrative support to the Quality Management team for preparing reports and uploading information to electronic platforms.

Operational Follow‑Up
• Prepare daily reports according to the superintendent’s instructions.

This role could be for you if you have

• 2+ years’ administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• A College Diploma in Office Administration, or a combination of education and industry experience.
• A knack for working with MS Office suite.

Additional Assets Include:
• Previous knowledge of the construction industry.

• Experience working with Procore.
