The Site Technician plays an essential role in ensuring the administrative and logistical functioning of the construction site. With strong organizational skills, rigor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, they support the project team and contribute to the efficiency of day‑to‑day operations.
What you will do

Administrative management and documentation
• Manage delivery slips and work orders in accordance with the project’s general conditions.
• Collect, validate, and file timesheets related to the project’s general conditions.
• Verify document coding and ensure compliance.
• Upload daily reports, work orders, delivery slips, and other relevant documents in Procore.
• Keep templates used for subcontractor kickoff meetings up to date.

Purchasing, orders, and payments
• Prepare purchase requests and follow up on orders.
• Verify subcontractor payment requests in accordance with the project’s general conditions.

Site coordination support
• Distribute internal communications to site teams.
• Assist in meeting planning (logistics, invitations, document preparation).
• Draft meeting minutes as needed.

Logistics, inventory, and visual follow‑up
• Maintain the inventory of office supplies and administrative materials.
• Maintain the cafeteria inventory on site.
• Produce weekly photo reports.
• Update weekly site photos in Cupix.

• A technical diploma in engineering or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and autonomy.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfort with technological tools and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Cupix).

• A professional attitude, strong service orientation, and team spirit.
