Join us as an Organizational Development & Change Advisor and play an active role in shaping the employee experience across the organization. In this role, you will contribute to enterprise wide people and change initiatives, working closely with HR partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts to translate strategy into practical, impactful solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for a professional with solid foundational experience in HR, organizational development, or change management who is ready to deepen their impact and continue growing in a collaborative, fast evolving environment.
What you will do


• Partner with the Organizational Development & Change Management team on initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, talent management
• Contribute to the design and execution of change management approaches, including stakeholder analysis or enablement materials
• Support the development, curation, and organization of OD and change related content, tools, and frameworks
• Conduct research and analysis to inform decisions, best practices, and program evolution
• Track, analyze, and synthesize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to OD and change initiatives
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation for leadership and governance forums
• Collaborate actively in team meetings and working sessions, bringing ideas to continuously enhance the employee experience
• Support the operational rhythm of the OD team, ensuring rigor, structure, and follow through across initiatives



This role could be for you if you:

• Have 3–7 years of relevant experience in organizational development, change management, HR, or a related field
• Hold a university degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline – Masters an Asset
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, practical messages
• Are analytical and comfortable working with data, dashboards, and KPIs
• Are curious, structured, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Are passionate about employee development, culture, and meaningful change
