Under the supervision of the Payroll Manager, the technician ensures the follow-up and compliance of employee hiring and termination documentation, and performs the necessary updates in the system while collaborating with project Human Resources.
This is a payroll operations support role with a wide variety of tasks, offering an excellent learning opportunity
What you will do


• Review and process the documents required for the administration of employee electronic hires
• Update employee master data in SAP (changes to personal information, salaries, expiry dates of competency cards)
• Process employee terminations in the system
• Manage electronic files for consultants and subcontractors needed to track their hours worked
• Manage multiple payroll-related email inboxes
• Follow up on the training calendar related to the payroll department
• Provide support in the payroll process during peak periods (data entry, sending documents, time validation, support to projects)



This role could be for you if you have


• AACS or DCS in Accounting
• 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll processing
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Efficiency, attention to detail, and thoroughness
• Discretion
• Strong organizational and priority‑management skills
