Under the supervision of the Director, Insurance and Surety, the incumbent will be responsible for gathering, processing, and maintaining up-to-date information related to project and corporate insurance.related to project and corporate insurance.
What you will do:


• Process project extensions, cost adjustments, and changes in the scope of work.
• Follow up on specialized insurance files, including environmental and professional insurance.
• Prepare insurance clauses for subcontract agreements, in compliance with contractual requirements and project-specific insurance.
• Issue bonding documents and participate in the administrative management of bonding files and related activities.
• Prepare applications for newly awarded contracts
• Coordinate with the broker regarding required documentation and follow up on various bonding files
• Collect and organize bonding data (issuances, commissions, document filing, updating records, etc.)
• Process requests for certificates of insurance and verify their compliance.
• Review invoices, coordinate their submission to the Accounts Payable department, and follow up until payment is completed.
• Obtain the required contractual documentation in order to close insurance policies at the end of projects.
• Enter, update, and monitor data within internal systems.
• Perform any other related administrative or operational tasks as required to support the team.



This position is for you if you have:


• A DEC in Insurance and Financial Services Consulting, a DEC in Administrative Techniques with an insurance option, or an AEC in Property and Casualty Insurance;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• A strong command of Microsoft Office suite software;
• Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset);
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, autonomy, efficiency, and organizational skills;

• Written and spoken bilingualism (French and English).
