Reporting to the Logistics Administrative Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team in all aspects of equipment administration on construction sites. The main responsibilities include managing equipment work orders, creating and tracking jobsite equipment, monitoring operating hours, and handling the re‑billing of equipment costs.
What you will do

• Open, compile, and follow up on work orders for equipment and handle related billing;
• Compile timesheets for the mechanical team;
• Ensure that client billing requirements are met;
• Prepare various reports required for the administrative management of jobsite equipment;
• Create equipment records for various partners in the ERP system;
• Compile and track equipment hours in HCSS;
• Support the mechanical team with purchase orders related to subcontractors;
• Build and prepare documentation for various presentations.


This role could be for you if you have

• A DEP or DEC in Administration, Office Systems, or Accounting;
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• The ability to quickly learn and master new software;
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and a high level of accuracy.

Work Location

• Based on the jobsite in St-Ferréol-les-Neiges, Québec.
