Job Description

Ready to build your career? We want to hear from you.
In a context of strong digital transformation, the Innovation department is leading several key initiatives aimed at improving processes, platforms, and the internal user experience.

We are looking for a Functional Quality Analyst (QA) to support the implementation of these initiatives and to elevate end-to-end quality standards. You will play a key role in structuring the testing strategy, planning and executing tests, selecting and using tools, as well as ensuring traceability and auditability of results.

This is a cross-functional role, at the heart of project teams, with a real impact on the success of deployments.
What you will do

• Define and maintain the test strategy for Innovation projects (approach, cycles, entry/exit criteria).
• Contribute to a structured, consistent, and reproducible testing approach across the department.
• Identify quality risks and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and test cases (functional testing, UAT, functional regression).
• Plan and coordinate test cycles with IT teams, business stakeholders, and partners.
• Prepare test data and coordinate access to required environments for testing activities.
• Support and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Use and enhance test management and defect tracking tools.
• Manage the defect lifecycle: identification, prioritization, triage, re-testing, and closure.
• Produce quality metrics and clear progress reports for stakeholders.
• Establish a clear organization for test artifacts (plans, cases, evidence, reports).
• Ensure full traceability between requirements, tests, results, and defects.
• Guarantee audit readiness: documented evidence, history, and compliance with internal standards.
• Contribute to project documentation and continuous improvement of QA practices.

This role could be for you if you have

• Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance / software testing.
• Experience working in multi-project environments and with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of test strategy concepts, test plans, functional testing, and UAT, including business requirements validation.
• Good knowledge of test and defect management tools (Jira, ALM Cloud, Tricentis, or similar).
• Strong sense of traceability and documentation.
• High level of rigor, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Autonomous, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
Benefits
• RRSP with up to 5% employer matching

• Hybrid work model for corporate roles
• Employee stock ownership program
• Career growth through real development opportunities
• Transit pass reimbursement — get to work for free
• Minimum 4 weeks of vacation from day one
