Under the supervision of the Business Analyst – Administrative Services, the office clerk enters the various received items into the accounts payable platform.
What you will do

• Enter and input incoming items (invoices, statements, etc.) received through the general mailbox into the accounts payable system.
• Assign items to the different users.
• Perform any other related tasks.



This role could be for you if you have

• Hold a DEP or DEC in secretarial studies or office administration.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
• Have a very strong command of both English and French, written and spoken.

• Demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, and rigor.
