"Quality Assistant Director (Project) is a primary point of contact for the client regarding the Quality Management System (QMS). For this purpose, he organizes workshops and initiates the necessary discussions to maintain a climate of trust with the client, obtain reviews of QMS documents, and coordinate improvement actions and customer satisfaction measurements.
All tasks of the Quality Director may be delegated to him in the event of the latter’s absence. To this end, he remains involved in all key topics concerning the Quality Department."
What you will do

• Review the contract and define quality requirements and required actions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the PMP, PQMP, QMS, and Inspection & Test Plans.
• Ensure coordination of the project’s Quality Management System and document control.
• Implement tools, processes, training, and compliance requirements (including ISO 9001 if applicable).
• Monitor, improve, and ensure effectiveness of quality processes and performance indicators.
• Participate in key meetings, management reviews, and communications with the client and partners.
• Oversee quality across design, procurement, and construction, and validate deliverables.
• Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and risk prevention.
• Plan and execute internal/external audits and follow up on action plans.
• Lead the quality team, promote a quality culture, and ensure training and stakeholder alignment.


This role could be for you if you have

• Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction and/or quality management on construction projects.
• Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Proficiency in document management and project management software (Procore, ACONEX, ACC, ProjectWise, ArcGIS, etc.).
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mastery of ISO standards and technical construction standards.
• Ability to read and analyze contractual documents.
• Proficiency in quality management tools (audits, inspection plans, KPIs, FMEA, problem-solving, etc.)."
• Hold a recognized university degree in a technical field (engineering, bachelor’s, master’s) in civil engineering, building, quality, or industrial management, combined with relevant experience.

• Employment Conditions

- Position type: Permanent, full-time
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Fixed schedule
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Vacation: Five weeks
