Reporting to the Senior Fleet Manager, the incumbent acts as the Formwork Equipment Coordinator, ensuring the availability, compliance, and performance of equipment across all job sites throughout Canada. They work closely with procurement, operations, and the mechanical team to optimize the use, maintenance, and acquisition of formwork systems.
What you will do

• Assess the condition of formwork equipment (panels, modular systems, accessories) and recommend required maintenance, repairs, or replacements.
• Ensure, in collaboration with the mechanical team, that equipment is properly maintained to guarantee safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement work (in-house or subcontracted).
• Monitor schedules and budgets related to equipment interventions.
• Ensure formwork equipment complies with applicable safety standards, regulations, and technical requirements.
• Support procurement teams in the selection and acquisition of formwork equipment and contribute to investment decisions (purchase, replacement, disposal).
• Collaborate with project teams to plan formwork needs and optimize equipment allocation across projects.
• Coordinate transfers of formwork equipment between job sites and support operations to ensure availability at the right time and place.

This role could be for you if you have

• Over 10 years of experience in construction operations, ideally in formwork or concrete.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Availability for occasional travel.
• Field experience in formwork (systems, methods, concrete pouring sequences) — a strong asset.
• Familiarity with internal software (ServiceNow, CMIC or equivalent) — an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
