Under the supervision of the Director of Technology Initiatives Delivery, and as a Technology Project Manager, your primary mandate will be to orchestrate the delivery of technology solution projects, in collaboration with various partners, to ensure the adoption and performance of sustainable digital solutions across the country.
What you will do

• Manage projects from requirements gathering through to deployment, following recognized project management methodologies
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams: work closely with stakeholders such as development, communications, change management, training teams, etc.
• Ensure strong reporting and accountability through tracking project performance indicators with senior leadership teams
• Develop deployment strategies tailored to the target users of each project
• Contribute to the promotion and adoption of projects deployed nationwide
• Validate solutions under development with end users and implement necessary adjustments
• Demonstrate proficiency with technology project management tools (Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Office Suite)

This role could be for you if you have

• At least 3 years of experience in technology project management
• A degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field
• A solid understanding of technical concepts (integration, configuration, system logic)
• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
• Versatility, curiosity, rigor, and perseverance, with an active contribution to technology-driven organizational transformation projects
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with the ability to manage stress and priorities
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• A high degree of autonomy and a strong sense of accountability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

General competencies

• Excellent communication skills; versatile, curious, persistent, and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in actively contributing to various enterprise technology transformation initiatives

You will stand out if you have the following assets

• PMP or ACP certification
Strong knowledge of system and enterprise software implementation processes
• Good understanding of current technological advancements (robotics, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, etc.)
• Experience in HR processes (an asset)
• Experience with SAP or SAP SuccessFactors (a strong asset)
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, ALM (SAP), Signavio (SAP)
• Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Ability to integrate user experience considerations into methodologies

• Experience incorporating change management practices within technology transformation initiatives
