As an Administrative Assistant within Pomerleau’s Business Development team, you will play a key role in administrative support and information management to help drive business development activities efficiently. Working on large-scale construction projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion, you will have the opportunity to contribute to data quality, the preparation of strategic documents, and the organization of processes related to business opportunities.
What You Will Do

· Enter, update, and validate data in Salesforce
· Extract and process data
· Prepare and format documents (PowerPoint presentations, reports, and business files)
· Assist in opportunity tracking and CRM management
· File, organize, and structure documents
· Support the team with its day-to-day administrative needs
· Contribute to the quality, consistency, and reliability of data
· Perform various related administrative tasks

This Role Is for You If You Have

· A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Office Administration, Office Management, or a related field
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Excellent computer skills and comfort working with databases
· Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
· The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Strong analytical skills and an interest in information management
· A proactive and self-driven approach

Additional Assets

· Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
· Knowledge of Power BI

· Experience working in a project-based environment or within a structured organization
