As a Foreman/Forewoma within Pomerleau’s Deep Foundations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of construction activities on site. Working on large-scale projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the successful delivery of complex and challenging deep foundation projects.
What you will do

• Read, analyze, and interpret plans and technical documents related to deep foundation work.
• Maintain a strong field presence to monitor project progress and ensure work is executed according to project requirements.
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise work crews to ensure established schedules are met.
• Work closely with specialized contractors, site employees, and Pomerleau-assigned teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient execution of the work.
• Prioritize activities based on operational needs and site constraints.
• Plan and coordinate the work of various trades to optimize site operations.
• Optimize work sequencing to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.



This role could be for you if you have

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foreman/Forewoma in deep foundations.
• Valid CCQ and ASP Construction certifications.
• Excellent communication, team coordination, and collaboration skills.
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications related to deep foundation work, along with proven experience managing priorities in a complex construction environment.
