What you will do

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
• Connect visitors with the appropriate point of contact
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is neat, organized, and well stocked with all necessary stationery and materials
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, distribute and send daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Order office supplies, keep inventory of stock and ensure coffee machines are regularly serviced
• Point of contact for vehicle rentals for staff
• Update calendars, schedule meetings, update reservations for conference rooms
• Maintaining general cleanliness of general office areas and conference rooms
• Point of contact for office maintenance and generic office communication
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry and faxing


This role could be for you if you have

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
• Professional and positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive to problem solve when required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong customer service attitude
• High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
• Fluent in both official languages, both written and oral.
