What you will do :

• Assess the needs of SharePoint projects
• Define the framework for using the platform based on requirements
• Create SharePoint sites according to the defined framework
• Configure and install SharePoint development environments
• Provide support and necessary training to teams
• Create SharePoint documentation
• Ensure standardization of SharePoint usage within the organization
• Evaluate SharePoint's performance and capacity
• Identify and analyze the impacts of SharePoint on existing systems and propose solutions
• Document related information
• Collaborate in maintaining the lifecycle according to established procedures and standards
• Provide support to teams for migrating to SharePoint

This role could be for you if you have :

• Have 2 years of experience working with SharePoint
• Have excellent proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite
• Have a basic knowledge of IT
• Be highly aware of data security in an online SharePoint environment, in collaboration with our cybersecurity department
• Be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Have a strong interest in training and the ability to clearly explain and share knowledge
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Experience in architecture and deployment with SharePoint Online
• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 governance, including reporting and policy development
