What you will do :

• Develop and implement data security policies, procedures, and standards;
• Collaborate with various teams within the Innovation group to secure applications, databases, and data flows;
• Conduct regular risk and vulnerability assessments related to data;
• Implement encryption and masking techniques to protect sensitive information;
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and our certifications;
• Raise awareness and train employees on best practices in data security;
• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity.

This role could be for you if you have :

• Degree in computer science, information security, or equivalent experience;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data security, data engineering, or a related field;
• Experience with database and/or data platform management (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, etc.);
• Strong knowledge of data protection concepts, tools, and technologies;
• Familiarity with languages such as SQL, Python, and PowerShell;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and writing skills;
• Rigor, integrity, and autonomy.
