As a road foreman working in the Civil & Infrastructure team at Pomerleau, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing site work. Working on large-scale construction projects - ranging from $1.5 million to over a billion dollars - you will have the opportunity to contribute to the productivity and efficiency of work on our sites.
• Carry out excavation and preparation operations for building foundations, trench work, embankments and excavations, leveling and land development, tree stump removal for forest roads, sewer and water main installation, work in riparian areas, handling (loading and unloading), etc.
• Adhere to safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and construction industry standards;
• Work in a team, maintain a pleasant and trusting work environment, collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and other trades on the site;
• Take care of and ensure the maintenance of equipment;
• Perform all other related tasks connected to operations.


This role could be for you if you have

•A valid CCQ excavator operator card
• A valid ASP Construction card & WHMIS 2015
• A DEP in excavator operation or equivalent experience
• A valid driver’s license – Class 5
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
