What you will do

• Provide training, mentoring, and operational support to teams, while being available to operate machinery when needed.
• Offer practical and theoretical training on the safe and effective use of construction equipment (off-road trucks, hydraulic excavators, loaders, rollers, bulldozers, etc.).
• Support less experienced operators in their professional development.
• Assess operators' skills, propose improvement plans, and follow up on them.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with foremen and superintendents to identify training or reinforcement needs.

This role could be for you if you have

• A minimum of 8 years of experience operating all types of equipment
• A valid CCQ companion card
• A valid driver's license – Class 5
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A talent for mentoring and training
• Technological skills (GPS, range limiter, worker log, etc.)
• A passion for new equipment and new technologies
Benefits
• A competitive salary in line with the collective agreement

• Comprehensive insurance coverage (health, dental, disability)
• A solid retirement plan
• Paid vacation and holidays
• Well-compensated overtime
• All equipment provided
• A close-knit team
• A respectful work environment on all job sites
