Join Pomerleau as an IT Technician intern and gain hands-on experience supporting major construction projects across Canada.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Participate in the deployment, configuration, and updating of IT equipment (computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets).
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Contribute to software installation on workstations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues.
• Participate in local IT projects and the deployment of new equipment.
• Document interventions and help maintain up-to-date internal procedures.
• Contribute to IT inventory management.
• Comply with the company’s IT security policies and standards.
• Learn and share best practices with colleagues.

This role could be for you if you have

• Curiosity and passion about technology.
• Comfort with Windows environments and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Service-oriented, detail-driven, and autonomous.
• Strong communication and are adaptable to different situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English

Start date: January 12, 2026
Intern Duration: Option of 4 or 8 months
