Under the supervision of the Innovation leadership team—which includes multiple Directors and Vice Presidents—you will primarily provide administrative support to the department’s management team and contribute to the smooth operation of the Innovation function.
What you will do

• Schedule management meetings and other committees with the Executive team.
• Coordinate team activities (meals, retreats, contests, etc.) and support event management.
• Handle purchases of equipment, software, subscriptions, meals, etc., with internal collaborators and suppliers.
• Act as the point of contact for the management and maintenance of the AXLab office (Montréal) and serve as liaison with our tenant.
• Be a resource person for new hires and interns within the team.
• Monitor annual budgets.
• Take charge of conference management (registrations, booth coordination, follow-up with organizers, support for speaking engagements, etc.).
• Complete any other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.


This role could be for you if you have

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a support role.
• Possess a Vocational Diploma (DEP) or AEC in a relevant field (an asset).
• Experience in customer service.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Demonstrate efficiency and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good adaptability.
