One of the key challenges in delivering a successful project lies in effectively managing stakeholder expectations while ensuring compliance with client requirements for scope, quality, and schedule.
What you will do


• Maintain and update the stakeholder register and develop stakeholder mapping strategies.
• Design and implement communication action plans for citizens, stakeholders, and third parties across all projects, ensuring alignment with the stakeholder engagement program.
• Coordinate and provide support to citizen and stakeholder relations teams to foster effective collaboration.
• Oversee and manage information requests and complaint resolution processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to assess timelines, impacts, and mitigation measures.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Envision and environmental teams to ensure compliance and sustainability objectives.
• Act as the contractor’s representative in managing and resolving complaints.



This role could be for you if you have


• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Literary Studies, Public Relations, or any other relevant discipline or combination of disciplines.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in similar roles, demonstrating the ability to develop skills associated with the various responsibilities of the position.
• Strong project management and time management skills within a multi-project, multi-stakeholder environment.

• Solid knowledge of technological tools and research methodologies.
