As an Administrative Assistant – Health & Safety and Site Operations within Pomerleau’s SST team, you will provide essential administrative support for the Olympic Stadium project. Reporting to the Senior Director of Site Operations Excellence, you will help coordinate health and safety activities and ensure process compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement of administrative practices. This is an 18-month temporary contract.
What you will do

• Format and assist in drafting various documents;
• Plan and coordinate registration for health and safety training;
• Document training follow-up in the Evolution software and produce dashboards upon request;
• Complete various site opening requests;
• Monitor stationery requests related to health and safety on our sites and coordinate their delivery;
• Write various reports upon request;
• Participate in certain training projects;
• Coordinate the delivery of awards as part of our health and safety recognition program;
• Process requests for safety glasses for site personnel;
• Handle requests for complimentary items for our supervisory and health and safety staff and ensure proper follow-up.


This role could be for you if you have

• A high school diploma (DES) or college diploma (DEC) in secretarial studies or office administration;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role;
• Versatility, autonomy, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills;
• Excellent organizational skills.
