The Major Projects Financial Analyst coordinates and verifies accounting data to ensure accurate project bookkeeping as well as the timely payment of suppliers and subcontractors.
What you will do :

• Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers :
Perform daily reconciliation of subsidiary accounts (suppliers and clients)
Record treasury transactions (bank operations)
• Collect supplier invoices
• Verify invoice compliance with purchase orders
• Identify invoices with discrepancies and handle issue resolution
• Record purchase invoices
• Prepare supplier payments :
Collect invoices and reconcile them with account statements
Verify mandatory documents before payment (releases, etc.)
Prepare wire transfer orders
• Set up new supplier accounts
• Prepare payroll transfers
• Assist the Finance Manager in preparing tax filings
• Participate in tasks related to the project’s monthly financial close

This role could be for you if you have :

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (DEC) in accounting
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the SAP system
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and priority-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion
