You will play a strategic role at the heart of our corporate visibility, translating business priorities into initiatives that strengthen our presence, credibility, and impact from coast to coast across Canada.
This is a management position with team leadership and budget responsibility, within a growing corporate environment where the evolution of our brand and marketing practices creates concrete opportunities to innovate, optimize, and expand Pomerleau’s influence.
What you will do

• You will contribute to defining the strategic directions for communications and marketing, ensuring their coherent implementation across the plans, campaigns, and initiatives carried out by the marketing team.
• You will oversee marketing campaigns and projects at a strategic level, including scoping, prioritization, validation of key directions, and performance follow up.
• You will collaborate closely with the recruitment and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with the organization’s talent attraction, positioning, and growth priorities.
• You will act as a strategic partner to these teams by building strong relationships, understanding their operational realities, and translating their needs into relevant marketing directions.
• You will work closely with the Head of Internal Communications to create alignment opportunities between teams and maximize the impact of our communication efforts.
• You will oversee the overall performance of external channels (website, social media, digital and traditional campaigns), identifying optimization levers and opportunities for evolution.
• You will supervise the production of content and marketing materials, ensuring the quality, brand consistency, and relevance of all deliverables.
• You will plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources and strong return on investment.
• You will analyze results using quantitative and qualitative reporting to measure campaign performance and guide future strategic decisions.
• You will conduct strategic monitoring of marketing, digital, and industry trends to continuously evolve the team’s practices and approaches.

This role could be for you if you have

• Comfort managing budgets, suppliers, and agencies, with strong prioritization and negotiation skills.
• A strong ability to translate business challenges into concrete, structured, and measurable strategies.
• A motivating leadership style: you know how to inspire, coach, align, and move a team toward shared objectives.
• An analytical, results oriented mindset: you enjoy data, insights, and continuous optimization.

• A collaborative and proactive approach: you build bridges, influence with tact, and stay focused on impact.
