Under the supervision of the Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the receiving, shipping, and warehousing operations at our Sainte-Catherine logistics center.
What you will do

• Provide administrative support for logistics operations (yard, warehouse, receiving/shipping of goods) to assist in the management (processing and tracking) of all incoming and outgoing shipments (equipment, tools, consumables, various materials used on our construction sites) from our Sainte-Catherine logistics center;
• Follow up and close requests, prepare and print bills of lading (BOL) in our ServiceNow platform to send to carriers;
• Complete the necessary documentation for the transportation of hazardous materials, if applicable;
• Compile and record yard and warehouse inventories in Office 365;
• Gather and enter coding information required for internal billing (consumables charge) into the information system for consumable products sent to construction sites;
• Validate information on returned goods (equipment and bulk) from construction sites and compile and transmit the necessary data to update systems;

This role could be for you if you have

• Hold one of the following diplomas or any other relevant training:
• DEP in Secretarial Studies, DEP in Accounting, DEC or AEC in Office Administration, DEC or AEC in Accounting and Management;
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
