Under the supervision of the Director of Insurance and Bonding, the incumbent will be responsible for collecting, processing, and maintaining up-to-date information related to project and corporate insurance.
What you will do


• Provide technical follow-up on projects, including work extensions, cost adjustments, and changes in the scope of work, as well as file validation and quality control.
• Manage and follow up on specialized insurance files, including environmental and professional insurance.
• Prepare insurance clauses for subcontracting agreements, in compliance with contractual requirements and project specific insurance.
• Issue bonding documents and assist with the administrative management of bonding files and related activities.
• Process requests for certificates of insurance and verify their compliance.
• Review invoicing and ensure its transmission to the Accounts Payable department.
• Obtain the required contractual documents in order to close insurance policies at the end of projects.
• Enter, update, and track data in internal systems.
• Perform any other related administrative or operational tasks required to support the team.



This role could be for you if you have


• A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Insurance and Financial Services Consulting, a DEC in Administrative Techniques with an insurance specialization, or an Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in Property and Casualty Insurance;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications;
• Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset);

• Attention to detail, thoroughness, autonomy, efficiency, and strong organizational skills.
