The Quality Coordinator plays a key role in the planning, execution, and close‑out of quality activities, ensuring that work complies with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
The role is responsible for implementing the QA/QC system, coordinating and performing inspections, and managing material receiving. The Quality Coordinator identifies and addresses non‑conformities, maintains calibration and inspection records, supports subcontractors, and participates in follow‑up meetings. They coordinate the management of Non‑Conformities and deficiencies through to closure and act as the guardian of project quality processes.
What you will do

• Develop and prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) in accordance with contractual documents.
• Ensure the implementation of the QA/QC system and the project‑specific Quality Plan.
• Perform material receiving inspections at the job site.
• Coordinate and carry out inspections with relevant stakeholders, in compliance with the ITPs.
• Complete and monitor quality records and documentation.
• Follow up on procurement activities, including factory fabrication when applicable.
• Verify the implementation of technical changes issued by design professionals.
• Manage the calibration register for measuring and inspection equipment.
• Open, document, and track Non‑Conformities (NCs) in collaboration with the Superintendent, through to closure.
• Actively participate in daily meetings and support subcontractors in applying quality requirements.


This role could be for you if you have

• Have a bachelor's degree or a diploma in construction engineering or architecture;
• Have relevant experience in the field of construction and quality management;
• Having worked on HQ or MTQ projects is an asset;
• Having knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software;
• Possessing excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Having a strong interest in civil engineering projects;
