As a Material Coordinator, you will manage the receipt and shipment of materials while coordinating handling activities with a team of professionals. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring procedures are followed safely and effectively.

What you will do

Receiving materials:
• Receive material deliveries and verify that they comply with orders.
• Coordinate unloading with industry professionals to inspect goods and ensure quantities are correct.
Shipping materials:
• Prepare orders for shipping and ensure proper packaging.
Team coordination:
• Support receiving and inspection activities with a team of industry professionals.
Inventory management:
• Conduct cyclical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate inventory tracking system.
• Execute inventory transactions in the inventory system.
Safety and compliance:
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and handling procedures.
• Identify and report hazards and take corrective action

This role could be for you if you have

• 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics or material management.
• Experience in inventory management and material handling.
• Have knowledge of inventory systems (ERP).

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
