Job Description

Ready to build your career? We want to hear from you.
Estimation is an art that drives opportunity and growth at the forefront of the construction process. In this leadership role, you will own and lead the bid strategy, guiding teams to deliver competitive, high quality submissions that set us apart. Leveraging your proven expertise in tender preparation, you will direct the end to end bid process, from early concept and strategy through final submission, while proactively managing risk, value, and opportunity.
Driven by excellence and a winning mindset, you will thrive in a fast paced, high impact environment filled with complex and rewarding challenges. As a trusted leader, you will apply sharp commercial judgment, strong trade relationships, and deep market insight to shape winning bids, mentor team members, and challenge industry norms.
This role is central to our growth ambitions, focused on identifying opportunities, strengthening our estimating capability, and continuously elevating how we pursue work. You will influence how estimating is done today while shaping how it will be done tomorrow. As a key member of our leadership team, you will help rethink construction, from idea to completion. Everywhere. All the time. Period.

• Utilize your research skills at every stage of the process to identify project-specific prices related to key items including labour, equipment and materials;

• Keep client pricing requirements top-of-mind to ensure feasibility;
• Grow and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, consultants and clients to achieve the project goals and vision;
• Get creative and think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions and opportunities;
• Colour outside the lines and look beyond plans and specifications;
• Actively encourage a learning environment, share your knowledge and be a role model throughout the estimation process with your team;
• Celebrate the successes and be a key member of the project ramp-up process.
